Pac-Man meets pollen season
Mann+Filter is a leading global provider of filtration solutions for the automotive and industrial sectors. At trade fairs the company presents itself as a technological pioneer — and wants to get younger audiences in particular excited about its products.
To do so, Pixelcloud developed an interactive gamification experience based on the arcade classic Pac-Man: Mann+Filter’s filters take the leading role, collecting airborne pollen — while trying not to get caught.
Retro arcade with high-score fever
The game featured a modern interface with appealing graphics — built into a classic 90s retro arcade cabinet. Visitors were invited to prove their skill and speed.
A high-score competition with attractive prizes boosted motivation — making the game not just entertaining but also lastingly raising awareness of how effective the filtration solutions are.
