Since 2011, Pixelcloud has been developing interactive experience and education formats at the intersection of digital learning, storytelling, design and technology. What drives us: translating complex content into accessible, atmospheric experiences tailored to their audience — from interactive applications and immersive media formats to digital learning offerings. In short: we build things you don’t just look at, but experience. Awards such as the German Developer Award, the German Digital Award and the FWA Site of the Year show that this ambition holds up.
To achieve this, an interdisciplinary team covering concept, project management, art direction, UI/UX, 3D design, development, animation, sound and quality assurance works hand in hand. Depending on the project phase, we assemble a core team of roughly 8 to 12 people and work in clearly structured coordination, production and approval processes. This is how we combine design quality, technical stability and reliable project management — from first concept to safe landing.

Every project is approached individually — regardless of industry or scope. Our clients include renowned companies from industry (Mercedes, Porsche and EnBW among others), consumer goods and entertainment (including Playmobil, Puma and FC Bayern Munich), as well as public broadcasters (SWR, KiKA, planet schule), educational institutions and cultural organisations (such as the Bavarian State Opera and Landestheater Tübingen).

Pixelcloud is an active member of the Animation Media Cluster Region Stuttgart (AMCRS), the regional network of the animation, VFX and games industry, part of the CREATIVE LÄND initiative of Baden-Württemberg’s creative industries, and a partner in the Ludwigsburg Innovation Network. Close exchange with local studios, universities, the city and institutions keeps us on course — both technologically and creatively.
