Digitalising seminar management
With the AOK seminar planner, which we conceived, designed and developed for AOK Baden-Württemberg, manually maintaining and organising seminars in Excel files is finally a thing of the past.
From concept to summit
At the start of the concept phase, the core mechanics and features were defined and a new logo developed for the web platform. The logo metaphorically symbolises the “path to the summit”, which can only be reached with diligence and ambitious goals — and for that, participants must attend the seminars (= altitude training). Throughout the platform’s design, care was taken to respect AOK’s core colours and visual language: a constant symbiosis of modern working culture and closeness to nature.
The seminar planner was built on the flexible content management system WordPress and works on desktop, tablet and smartphone alike. It now provides a much better overview of current seminars: categories allow filtering and sorting, employees can see which seminars they have already attended and which ones colleagues are attending. Seminars can be rated, and administrators receive a real-time graphical evaluation of each seminar’s performance.
