A new way into the Pergamon Museum
With babylon-reloaded we developed an immersive digital tour that gives visitors new access to the currently closed Pergamon Museum. The project was created in collaboration with the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin and combines scientific precision with modern interaction. The special part: rooms currently inaccessible due to renovation were captured with high-precision photogrammetry and digitally reconstructed — so users can once again experience these spaces in a genuine, walkable 3D environment, as a lifelike digital expedition.
The tour offers multilingual access to curated content and is optimised for smartphones and desktop alike. High-quality 3D models, photorealistic textures and a cleanly designed interface create an experience that conveys cultural heritage impressively and in a contemporary way.
